After suffering their first conference loss of the season, Louisville women's basketball returns home to the friendly confines of the KFC Yum! Center to play Boston College. The Cards and Eagles will tip off at 7:00pm and will air on ACCNX.
Louisville is 16-3 on the year and bring a 5-1 conference record into the game. The Cards average 75.2 points per game while giving up 59.5 ppg. Free throw shooting has been done a bit this year, with UofL making 75% of their attempts.

Boston College is 11-9 this season and boasts a 3-4 ACC record. The Eagles most recently fell to Georgia Tech but had beaten Wake Forest and Pittsburgh back-to-back prior to that. While BC was able to blow out Stonehill 101-37, they've struggled against ranked opponents with a 71-64 loss to Syracuse and 98-48 loss to Notre Dame.
One strong suit for Boston College is their forced turnovers. Their turnover margin is +6.8, top in the conference. Kaylah Ivey leads the conference with 121 assists. Andrea Daley (15.7 ppg) is one of four Eagles players scoring in double figures. Teya Sidberry (6.8 rebounds per game) and Dontavia Waggoner (6.0 rpg) are the top rebounders for Boston College.

UofL owns the all-time series 14-1. Jeff Walz is 13-0 against Boston College. Last season, the Cards swept the series with a 62-52 win on the road and a 73-65 win at home.
Daryl and her fiance Thomas will be on media row for the game and I will be in my usual spot on the court taking pictures.
Happy Thursday and Go Cards!
