Also qualifying for the ladies was Holly Knight, who finished 11th. in the mile and 10th. in the 3,000 meters. Madie Davidson got her ticket for the indoor championships with an eighth-place finish in the 3,000.
Ahlivia Spencer qualified in the 800 meters and Margret Harris punched her ticket with a third-place finish in the 60m prelims.
Khadija Abdullah took second place in the shot put and Amashi Kendall finished fourth.

In Sunday BIG EAST women's basketball...
-Marquette travelled to Madison Square Gardens and knocked off St. John's 63-55 behind Katherine Plouffe's double-double of 18 points and 11 boards. The Golden Eagles trailed 32-28 at the half but went on a 14-4 run to begin the final twenty minues and never trailed after that.
-Georgetown handled Syracuse with surprising ease in D.C. with a 69-42 dismantling of the Orange. Sugar Rodgers led the way for the Hoyas with 23 points. Georgetown led 41-13 at halftime.
Only one game involving a BIG EAST school today on Martin Luther King Day...UNC and UConn face off on ESPN2.
