They then traveled to UNC and dropped a pair to the Tar Heels 5-1 and 2-1. Virginia was scheduled to play Boston College Oct 18th. but COVID-19 concerns on the B.C. squad caused this one to be postponed.

Other ACC Field Hockey matches today features 0-5 Duke at 1-5 Wake Forest.

For the Cards vs. Virginia today, dry conditions and a high of 80 degrees is expected in the Charlottesville area.

WBB NEWS...

We've gotten news from a couple of reliable sources that an attendance plan for Louisville basketball home games has been sent to Frankfort for Gov. Andy and his bunch's consideration and been sent back with a few suggested modifications.

Without going into a lot of details, since it is not official yet, we're hearing that attendance will most likely be limited to around 15% of regular capacity and increased social distancing between the fans and players are going to be in place. We'll continue to monitor the situation and update you when we get further information

Most likely, the ACC will take a glance now and either approve or come up with suggested modifications

And...that's how it goes in 2020, folks...

  2. Hey, it was on the table to potentially have him call me at the House of Cards and talk sports for an hour. Well, OK, that probably wouldn't have been a good idea due to my tailgating habits...
