Louisville women's soccer concludes their home schedule tonight against Boston College. The Cards and Eagles will kick off at 7:00 pm on ACCNX.
Prior to the match, Louisville will honor its four seniors- Brooke Dardano, Amber Jackson, Ava Nielsen, and Jolie St Louis.
Boston College enters the match 10-5-1 and 2-4-1 in the ACC. The Eagles are currently riding a three-game losing streak after falling to Clemson, Florida State, and Duke. They have outscored opponents 32-21. Aislin Streicek, Paige Peltier, and Ava Lung have each tallied five goals. Wiebke Willebrandt has commanded a majority of the minutes in goal with 55 saves.
Brooke Dardano has spent four seasons at Louisville. She played a strong reserve role in her first two years before missing her junior year due to injury. This season, Dardano has logged two goals and seven assists.
Ava Nielsen is another four-year player at Louisville. After playing a reserve role her freshman season, Nielsen has battled injuries the last three seasons.
Amber Jackson played three seasons at Oregon State prior to joining the Cards. She sat out last season due to injury but has scored three goals this season.
Jolie St Louis played two seasons at Seattle, then played a year at UAB, and wrapped up her final season at Louisville. St Louis has been injured this season.
Louisville will close out their regular season at Clemson on Halloween.
